Peskov: Putin to mull steps to support economy with banks Thu
MOSCOW, Apr 23 (PRIME) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a closed online conference with representatives of the banking industry and high ranking officials on Thursday to discuss implementation of the recent measures to support the economy, the president’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
“Putin will communicate with the banks, top government and ministerial officials today. They will discuss the way the measures to support the economy work,” he said.
Peskov added that First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov, Central Bank Chairwoman Elvira Nabiullina, Director of the Federal Tax Service Daniil Yegorov, Director of the presidential administration Anton Vaino, Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov and other top officials will attend.
